Obituary for Anna Rita Zimmerman (Zimmerman)
Anna Rita Zimmerman, age 89, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away in the comfort of her own home on Saturday, March 27, 2021.
Anna was born in Pennsauken, NJ and had resided in Burtonsville, MD before moving to Mount Laurel 15 years ago. She was extremely devoted to her Catholic faith and was a member of Saint John Neumann RC Church. Anna was extremely fond of animals, and especially cherished her dogs. In her leisure, she enjoyed reading. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Ms. Zimmerman is survived by her nephew, Alfred Zimmerman III (Megan); nieces, Sharon King and Kara Ball (Jon); great-nephews, Alexander Ball, Chris Ball, Anthony Zimmerman; great-niece, Samantha Castle; sister-in-law, Catherine B. Zimmerman.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 31st from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Mass of the Christian burial will be celebrated 10:30 also on Wednesday, March 31st at Saint John Neumann RC Church, 560 Walton Ave, Mount Laurel, NJ. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ.
