Obituary for Anne Dorothy Denney
Anne D. Denney, age 85, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2019 with her family by her side.
Anne was born in Bronx, NY and had resided in President Lakes, NJ and Naples, Italy before moving to Mount Laurel, NJ in 1993. She was an avid reader, she loved to bowl, travel and play ping pong. She was a member of the Officers Wives Club at Fort Dix and in her free time, was a volunteer at Deborah Hospital and Buttonwood Hospital.
She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth L. Denney; her sisters, Mary Marullo, Michelina Pezzullo, Carmella Kornetti, Bernadine Constance; her brother, Angelo Pezzullo. Anne is survived by her son, Dr. Joseph P. Denney; her sisters, Carolyn DeMartino, Victoria Tate and Giulietta Passarelli; her brother, Vincent P. Pezzullo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday February 15, 2019 from 3-7pm at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 16, 2019 at 11:00AM from Our Lady Queen of Peace Church 1603 Marne Highway, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Interment is private.
