Arthur P. Fante, “Art”, age 83, of Hainesport, NJ passed away peacefully on April 20, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Art was born on July 22, 1939 to the late Irene and Alfred Fante in Philadelphia, PA. He was a loving and caring man that devoted his life to his family. Art had a work ethic like no other. He drove a tractor trailer for over 25 years until he started working for his son, Jeff’s plumbing & HVAC business. Art enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids, food, playing poker, motorcycles, Westerns and dancing. Artie’s perfect day included a 3-4 hour meal at one of the local diners with his 3 sons, and of course, an open invitation to anyone else who wanted to join. Art will be deeply missed by his family.

Art is predeceased by his grandson, Dane Fante. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Nancy (nee Stanert); his children, Jennifer Fante, Jeff Fante (Chrissy), Julie Vandevelde (Bob), Joel Fante (Linda) and Jonathan Fante (Renee); siblings, Arlene Venditti and Victor Fante (Janet); grandchildren, Terri (Tim), Barbara (Mike), Aubrey (Jerrick), Gabrielle, Ryan (Ania), Jesse, Jarrett, Alec, Olivia, Tori, Bella and Jaxon; great-grandchildren, Jake, Avery, Cameron, Blake, Ava, Ryan and Savannah.

Art’s services will be private at the request of the family.
