Obituary for Barbara D'Errico
Barbara (Bina) D’Errico (nee Giuliano), age 94, of Moorestown, NJ passed away in the comfort of her own home while surrounded by loving family on Friday, August 2, 2019.
Mrs. D’Errico was born and raised in Corleto Monforte, Italy. She emigrated to America in 1949 and has been residing in South Jersey since 1986. Barbara was extremely fond of cooking with baking being her specialty, and sewing. She enjoyed country music and looked forward to The Lawrence Welk Show every Saturday night. Barbara also loved sneaking cheese to her dog BJ. But above all else, she cherished the time spent with family and her caretakers Claudette and Lucia. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Barbara was predeceased by her beloved spouse, Nicola D’Errico; son-in-law. Dr. Bruce Kimmel; sisters, Antoinette, Palmira, Emilia, Assunta, Italia; brothers, Roosevelt, Mario, Genaro; and parents Maria and Girolimo Giuliano. She is survived by her children, Joseph D’Errico and Patricia D’Errico Kimmel; grandchildren, Michael (Mia), Robert, and Marissa.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 5th from 8:00 to 9:00 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Mass of the Christian burial will also be celebrated on Monday, August 5th at 9:30 AM at The Church of Our Lady Good Counsel, 42 W. Main Street, Moorestown, NJ. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
