Barbara A. Urban, age 83, formerly of Mt. Laurel and Cherry Hill, passed away on January 2, 2022. Recent resident of Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living of Moorestown, NJ. Daughter of the late Edna Grear (nee Liss) and stepfather Jacob Grear (deceased), whom she called “Daddy.” Biological daughter of Edward C. Urban (deceased). Beloved sister of Jacob O. Grear, Jr. (Sandra) of Haddon Township, NJ. Dear aunt of Erik Grear and Amber Grear, who was also her Goddaughter. Lovingly remembered by many cousins, especially her cousin and Goddaughter Kristine Monsen. Prior to her retirement, Barbara was employed by Acme Markets for over 40 years. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, Class of 1956. Barbara enjoyed traveling on cruises, vacations in Ocean City, NJ, and weekends in Lancaster, PA. Family was all important to Barbara, and she looked forward to celebrating every birthday and holiday with them. Her smiles and laughter will be greatly missed by all.
