Obituary for Brenda Joyce Wise (Carr)
Brenda Joyce Wise, age 76, of Mount Holly, NJ passed away while surrounded by loving family on Sunday, June 23, 2019.
Mrs. Wise was born in Philadelphia, PA, raised in Camden, NJ and had resided in Willingboro, NJ before moving to Mount Holly in 1986. Brenda was devoted to her faith and served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was an avid animal lover and was especially fond of giraffes and her dogs. But above all else, she cherished time spent with family and will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Brenda was predeceased by her beloved spouse, James V. Wise in 2016. She is survived by her daughters, Christina and Renee, son-in-law Jim; brother, Paul Robinson; grandchildren, Athena (20), Jamie (18) and Theophilus (18); best friends, Fran and Deacon John.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM on Monday, July 1st at Our Lady Queen of Peace RC Church, 1603 Marne Highway, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
