Donald L. Murray, 89, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away on August 25, 2022.
Born in Titusville, PA, Don lived in Mount Laurel for the past 30 years. He served our country in the United States Navy and worked in the steel industry much of his life. He was a tennis player, pool player, loved to take long drives, take walks in the woods and watch deer, and loved his football team, The Philadelphia Eagles. Don had many friends and was loved by everyone who knew him. His Irish sense of humor always made everyone laugh right up until the end.
Don is predeceased by his beloved wife, Dorothy (nee Harrison), their son, Thomas P. Murray, and grandchildren, Cody Gardner and Lindsey Nigro. He is survived by his daughters, Sharon Sheldon (Larrie), Julie Dillenbeck (John), and Lisa Nigro (Mark); grandchildren, Amy Salzwedel (Todd), Maggie Gardner, Danielle Dillenbeck, Kara Dillenbeck, Chase Dillenbeck, Erin Nigro; great-grandchildren, Braydon Salzwedel, Bella Gardner, Taylor Salzwedel, Matthew Salzwedel, and Amiyah Marrero.
Relatives and friends are welcome to a viewing on Tuesday, August 30th, from 10:00-11:00AM, followed immediately by Mass. Both will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 1603 Marne Hwy, Hainesport, NJ.
