Dorothy R. Brigante, age 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 19, 2023, at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly.

She was born on November 27, 1944, in the Bronx, New York to Edward “Diego” and Sadie LaDisa. Departed siblings of Edward, John, Sarafina, and Janet. The late daughter-in-law of Benedetta Brigante. She married Anthony Brigante on November 27, 1965 in the Bronx. Dorothy truly loved life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with family and friends, enjoying desserts, and spending many loving hours with her granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony of 57 years; sons, Anthony Michael and Andrew Philip with daughter-in-law Dawn “DeTora” Brigante and granddaughter Angelica Theresa; brother-in-law Vincent Brigante with wife Jacqueline; sister-in-law, Theresa; and many nieces and nephews.

Family, friends, and others whose lives that Dorothy touched are invited to Dorothy’s viewings at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 2PM-4PM and again at 6PM to 8PM to reminisce, grieve, support each other, and celebrate her wonderful life of happiness. Another viewing will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 9AM-10AM at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30AM at Saint John Neumann Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment at Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery, Mount Laurel, NJ.
