Obituary for Edna K. Bersin-James
Edna K Newell Bersin-James, age 86, of Westampton, NJ passed away on August 6, 2019 at 9:15 pm due to complications from Alzheimer’s/Afib/Stroke.
Edna was born in Riverside, NJ and was a resident of Bensalem, PA for 60 years before moving to Brookdale Senior Living in Westampton, NJ in August 2018. She enjoyed gardening, canning, knitting, flea markets but most of all spending time with her family.
Edna was survived by her son, Robert W. Bersin and his wife Kimberly Ann; her former daughter-in-law, Kathleen A. Bersin; her step-daughter, Linda C. Brown; her grandchildren, Caroline K. Green and her husband Adam, R. Alexander Bersin and his wife Kimberly Ann; her step-grandchildren, James C. Gaul, Jr and Bethany Joy Gaul; her great-grandchildren, Scott Alexander, Naomi Alexandra and Brielle Faith.
Family and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation with the family on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 12-1pm immediately followed by her Memorial Service, both at the Easton Bible Church, 2407 Fostertown Rd, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Interment will take place in the cemetery on the church grounds. Please join us in the Family Life Center afterwards for a light lunch.

Edna was an avid contributor to the Samaritan’s Purse Christmas Shoe Box program for many years.
