Obituary for Edward Joseph Flint
Edward J. Flint Sr.
On Saturday, July 20, 2019, Edward Joseph Flint, Sr., loving husband, father, brother, and
grandfather passed away at the age of 59. Edward was born on August 21, 1959 in Jersey City,
New Jersey, where he was raised until he moved to South Jersey.
Edward was a master plumber and an HVARC contractor. Besides him being a big Giants fan,
he liked to jam to the guitar with his son Eddie Jr., and he loved having barbeques with family
and friends. Edward donated life to others as a tissue donor.
He is survived by his wife, Millie Flint; his kids, Virginia Flint Montenegro, RN and husband Paul,
Sarah Flint, Jonelle Montanez, Sheyna Montanez, Edward James Flint, and Edward J Flint, Jr.;
his sister, Theresa Flint Fantozzi; and his grandchildren. Predeceased by Parents Douglas Flint
and Shirley Smith, and siblings Shirley Fernandez, Douglas Flint, and James P Burke.
Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Saturday, July 27, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM,
followed immediately by a funeral mass, both at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 1603 Broad
Street, Hainesport, New Jersey. Final disposition will be private.
