Obituary for Edward A Goat
Edward A. Goat, age 78 of Browns Mills, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2021.
Ed was born on June 12, 1943 to the late Alice and Earl Goat in Philadelphia, PA. He proudly served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War where he earned a Silver Star for his bravery. Ed retired from the U.S. Army in 1980. He was also a lieutenant officer for the NJ Department of Corrections. He was a proud and courageous man that was very cool and particular. Ed loved to tell jokes and spend time with his family. He will be missed deeply by his loved ones.
Ed is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 56 years, Anneli (nee Polomski); his daughter Kathleen Goat-Delgado (the late Romano Delgado, Jr.); siblings, Erylene Brainard (Gregg Horohoe) and Dr. Ronald Goat; niece, Penny Diehl and nephew, Jimmy Housman; his beloved bird, Fritz. Ed is predeceased by his brothers, Earl and Ernie Goat.
