Obituary for Elaine M Lopilato (Paino)
Elaine Marie (nee Paino) Lopilato, 71, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Elaine was a longtime resident of Cherry Hill before moving to the Heritage retirement community in Deptford. Prior to retiring in 2005, Elaine was a registered nurse and was employed by the State of New Jersey Department of Education and served in many schools in the local area.
A loving and strong willed woman, Elaine was devoted to her faith and her family. She was a loving grandmother to her four granddaughters and she was their biggest fan. Nothing was more important than spending time with her family. She also enjoyed doting on her Shitzu's, Tessa and the late ChiChi.
Beloved mother of John (Elaine L.) Lopilato and Lauren (Mark) Curtis; loving grandmother of Elizabeth, Sophia, Rosalia and Reyna and dear aunt of Vincent Fontana, Caterina Fontana Rodriguez, Daniella Fontana and Jennifer Freeman. Elaine is predeceased by her parents, John and Ersilia (nee Zagami) Paino and her sisters, Joanne Fontana and Linda Paino.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Elaine's visitation on Saturday, December 2, 2023, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054. The Memorial Ceremony will follow at 12:00 PM.
