Florence Morella, age 99, passed away on August 18, 2023 after a long and blessed life.

She was born in Jersey City to the late Anthony and Antoinetta Nazzaro.  She has been a long-time resident of South Jersey.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Like many in her “greatest” generation she grew up in the depression of the 1930s and came of age during World War II, joining the Navy for a short time. She was a lover of life, always with pets and never forgetting to feed the wild cats and birds that would visit her property.

She was predeceased by her husband, Henry J. Morella and her brother, Richard Nazzaro.  She is survived by her son, Ronald Morella, her daughter-in-law, Sheryl Price, her sister, Lenore Stinagle and her brother Philip Nazzaro.

Relatives and friends are invited to Florence's graveside service on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 2pm at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
