Obituary for Frances Jacobi DiSeveria
Frances J. DiSeveria “Fran”, age 86, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 29, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Fran was born on January 30, 1936 in Burlington, NJ at home on the family farm to the late Sadie and Antonio Jacobi. She was strong in her faith to God and a long-time member of St. Joseph’s, Jesus The Good Shepherd Church in Beverly where she was President of The Altar Rosary Society and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. She was an active member of Trenton Diocese Cursillo along with her husband. Fran devoted her time working at McGowen Elementary School in Edgewater Park when her children were young. She was a loving wife and mother, dedicated grandmother, and great grandmother affectionately known as GGmom. Fran was also known to be an amazing cook and baker. She was a kind hearted, gentle woman with great strength. She will be missed deeply by her loved ones.
Fran is predeceased by her siblings, Sam Jacobi, Joe Jacobi, Charles Jacobi, Marguerite Pascucci, Mary Jacobi, Antoinette Jacobi and Grace Saragnese. Fran is survived by her husband of 65 years, Harry J; her children, Mark DiSeveria (Nancy Beth) and Debra Adamcik (Michael); sister, Anna Jacobi; grandchildren Kristen Sawicki (Paul) and Deanna DiSeveria; great-grandson, Liam Sawicki; many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are welcome to her viewing on Saturday, January 7th from 9:30AM to 10:45 AM at St. Isaac Jogues Parish, 349 Evesboro-Medford Rd Marlton, NJ 08053. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11AM. Interment Monument Cemetery, Edgewater Park, NJ.
