Obituary for Frank Allen Cassera Sr.
Frank A. Cassera, Sr., age 81, of Delran, NJ passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021.
Frank was born in Roselle Park, NJ to the late George and Ester Cassera, and had resided in Kenilworth, NJ before his current residence of over 55 years, Delran. Frank worked as a truck driver for Reisch for many years before his retirement and was a member of Teamsters Local 676. In his free time, Frank enjoyed playing golf, woodworking, baseball, crossword puzzles, and camping with family. Everyone who met Frank always knew him as a kind, loving person with such a quiet gentleness. To say he will be missed in an understatement.
Frank is predeceased by his two sons, Frank, Jr., and George Cassera, and his daughter-in-law, Pam Godwin. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Judith A. Cassera (nee Weber); his daughter, Melissa Congleton (Gary); daughter-in-law, Diane Cassera; grandchildren, Gary, Macy, Jacob, Tiffany, Nathan, and Gary, Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Olivia and Riley.
Family and friends are welcome to his viewing on Friday, January 29th, from 4:00-6:00PM, followed immediately by a Funeral Service. Both will be held at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
