Obituary for Frank William DeRoberts
Frank William DeRoberts, age 94, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2021 while surrounded by his loving family after a blessed life.
He was born in Orange, NJ and was a former resident of East Orange, Roselle, and Mount Laurel NJ, before moving to Hainesport 21 years ago. He proudly served his county in the US Navy and was a Docent for the Battleship New Jersey for 10 years. He was an accountant for RCA and then GE. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Holy Name Society as well as a parishioner of St. John Neumann church. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, reading, traveling, but most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his family.
Frank is survived by his wife of 65 years, Theresa (Nee Pados); his children, William, Annamarie and Theresa; his grandchildren, Corinne and William. Also survived by many cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday Sept. 16, 2021 from 6-8pm at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 and again on Friday Sept. 17 from 11am-12pm at St. John Neumann Church 560 Walton Ave. Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. His Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 12pm. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to St. Francis Breadline or to Samaritan Life Enhancing Care.
