Frank was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Louis and Carmella Lavala, and has resided in Atco, NJ for the past 30 years. For over 30 years, Frank worked as a car mechanic for Amtrak, 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, PA where he made many lifelong friendships. In his free time, Frank enjoyed watching the Flyers, fishing, drag racing and playing cards. He loved listening to and singing Frank Sinatra and was quite the dancer back in the day. Most importantly, Frank loved being Poppop to his 5 grandchildren so dearly. He was a devout Catholic and attended church every Sunday. Let’s not forget how much he loved his sweets and coffee!
