Obituary for Frank Lupica

Frank Lupica, age 89, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away in the comfort of his own home while surrounded by loving family on Monday, July 15, 2019.

Mr. Lupica was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and had resided in Cherry Hill before moving to Mount Laurel in 2009. He was an extremely talented drummer and spent a majority of his working years following his passion as a professional musician. Frank also was a car enthusiast and enjoyed vintage type of autos, which he also owned several. He owned and operated Frank’s Steaks and was known for his famous cheese steaks. But above all else, he cherished the time spent with family and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.

Frank is survived by his beloved spouse, Dolli Lupica (nee Giannini); children, Mark Lupica, Carol Tucci (Jay), Susan Whitehouse (Bill); sister, Angel Marrone; grandchildren, Luciano, Gina, Michael, Rick, Kevin, Christine; 13 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Sam Lupica.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 18th from 9:00 to 10:00 AM followed by a 10:30 mass, both at the Church of Saint Isaac Jogues, 347 Evesboro-Medford Road, Marlton, NJ. Interment will follow at New Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ.
