Obituary for Fredric Michael "Johnny Gold" Moore
Fredric M. Moore, of Mt. Laurel, NJ passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at the age of 76.
Fredric was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Julian and Lillian Moore, but was raised in Camden, NJ. He had also resided in Cherry Hill, NJ before his current residence of over 15 years, Mt. Laurel. He was a member of the SAR High School Fraternity and was most recently a parishioner of Cornerstone Church in Mt. Laurel. Fredric was always active in sports and loved to both play and watch golf, tennis, baseball, basketball, and football. He followed all the Philadelphia teams and would always be cheering them on. Fredric was a loyal and kind friend and had the same best friends through his entire life. In his free time, he enjoyed playing poker, riding his bike, going to the beach, reading biographies, watching reality television and watching live bands and shows. But above all else, Fredric loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his three grandchildren. Fredric was a glass half full person and always liked to say “he was born ready” and “you could call him anything, but late for dinner”.
Fredric is survived by his beloved wife of over 52 years, Bonnie Moore; children, Kimberly Stern (Joshua) and Amy Moore; brother, Leonard Moore; and grandchildren, Noah Stern, Ava Stern, and Nia Joy.
Family and friends are welcome to Fredric’s Memorial Service on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 1:00PM at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
