Helen “Terry” Hammer (nee Rodgers), age 75, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away while surrounded by loving family on Monday, October 19, 2020.

Mrs. Hammer was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA before moving to Mount Laurel in 1978, where she raised a family of her own. Terry was devoted to her faith, having graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia and being continually involved in Saint John Neumann RC Church in Mount Laurel. In her leisure, she enjoyed reading and dancing, and loved taking beach trips to Ocean City NJ. But above all, she cherished the time spent with family and will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.

Helen is survived by her beloved spouse, Edward J. Hammer; children, Michelle Hammer Pucci (Michael), Christopher Hammer (Shannon); grandchild, Nicholas Pucci.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30 AM on Friday, October 23rd at Saint John Neumann RC Church, 560 Walton Ave, Mount Laurel, NJ. Final disposition will be private. Memorial contributions in Terry’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at https://www.alz.org/
