Obituary for Helen Herta Gloria Pfennig
Helen Herta Gloria Pfennig, of Marlton, age 89, passed away on July 18, 2022.
Helen was born on January 17, 1933 to the late Antonie and Gustave Pfennig in Brooklyn, NY. She had a long career as a registered nurse for West Jersey Hospital. Helen adored cats. She belonged to a wonderful community at Wiley Christian Community and Immanuel Baptist Church in Maple Shade. Helen will be missed deeply by her family and friends.
Helen is predeceased by her sister, the late Constance Pfennig. She is survived by her nephew, John “Steven” Schmicker (the late Carol) and many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 12:30 to 1:30PM at Immanuel Baptist Church, 6 S. Poplar Street, Maple Shade, NJ 08052. Service will follow at 1:30PM. Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Immanuel Baptist Church, at the address above.
