Ida Mae Holt (nee Martin)
January 9, 1929 - January 22, 2022
Ida passed away peacefully at home in Medford on January 22, 2022 at the age of 93. Ida was formerly of Wildwood and Cherry Hill.
She was warmly known by her nickname, Dardy, by family and friends. Ida loved her family and was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was the light in the lives of everyone around her. She loved working as a Librarian at the Camden County Library for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Christine Serritella. Ida is also survived by her grandchildren Colleen Killeen (Michael), John (Christy), Michael (Jessica), Kathleen Scott (Christian), and Jake, Olivia, and Lauren Serritella. Great grandchildren Damon Meraz, Michael, Brayden and Cade Killeen, Callie, Hudson, Lilly (Frankel), Vanessa and Maxwell Holt, Ryan and Andrew Scott. She is survived by her sister, Norma Terrell (Thomas), nephew, Curt Taylor (Mimi) and niece, Karen Taylor and many great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, John V., and sons, John M. and Jeffrey M. Ida also leaves behind her dogs, Elly, Theo and Charlie, and bird, Tiny.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. A funeral service will immediately follow. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson, NJ.
