Obituary for Jeanne M D'Orazio
Jeanne M. D’Orazio, (nee Panna), age 89, passed away peacefully in her Mt. Laurel home while surrounded by her loving family.
Jeanne was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Louis and Tina Panna, and has resided in Mt. Laurel since 1998. Locals loved seeing her smile at a local dental office in Merchantville, where she worked as a secretary for many years before her retirement in 2012. Jeanne had a strong faith and was an active parishioner at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Marlton. In her free time, Jeanne enjoyed going shopping, playing mahjong, and cooking for her family; she loved spending time with her family above all else.
Jeanne is predeceased by her beloved husband, Louis D’Orazio; her son, David L. D’Orazio; and siblings, Adeline Cortese and Frank Panna. She is survived by her son, Marc L. D’Orazio (Sharon); grandchildren, Christina Gaspari (TJ), and David D’Orazio; and great-grandchild, Nico Gaspari.
Relatives and friends are welcome to her visitation on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 10:00-11:00AM, and her Funeral Mass immediately following at 11:00AM. Both will be at St. Joan of Arc Church, 100 Willow Bend Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne’s memory may be made to The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
