Jeanne M. Morris, age 84, of Mt. Laurel, NJ, passed away on May 4, 2023.

Jeanne was born on November 20, 1938 to the late Clara and Adam Porembo in Philadelphia, PA. She was raised in Philadelphia and later moved to Bellmawr and settled in Mount Laurel in 1977.  She was a secretary for the Mount Laurel Public Schools.  Jeanne was a devoted wife and mother and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to laugh and had a wonderful sense of humor. Jeanne was always known to be pleasant, lovable, and happy. She loved gardening, birds and birdhouses, bowling, and her Polish heritage. She loved her many “grandpets” over the years and they especially adored her. She had a great love of life and will be missed deeply by her loved ones.

Jeanne is predeceased by her siblings, Bernard, Edward, and Thomas Porembo and Loretta Condello. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William T. Morris; her children, Brian D. Morris (Sylvia), Sharon Simms (Robert), and Susan C. Vega (Paul); her grandchildren, Sean, Matthew and Lauren; many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 10AM to 11AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Rd, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Memorial service to follow at 11AM. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
