Julia Frances Taylor, age 79 , passed away on January 7, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Newark, NJ and has been a resident of New York, Northern Virginia and most recently Mount Laurel, NJ.

Julia was special education teacher in her professional career and in her free time she enjoyed gardening, reading, and completing crosswords puzzles. She also liked to volunteer at NOVA Hospital and Hospice of Northern Virginia and play Mexican Train Dominoes, but most she cherished the time spent with her family.

Julia was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, William J. Taylor. She is survived by her children, William D. Taylor (Ariana) and Colleen Burns (William); her grandchildren, Lily Taylor, Thomas Burns, Julianne Burns, Benjamin Taylor and Scarlett Taylor; her sisters, Peggy O’Brien (John) and Mary Iaci (AL).
