Katharine “Kay” Bryson, age 94 of Mt. Laurel, formerly of the Delair section of Pennsauken, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Kay was born in Philadelphia to the late Anna and Stanley Burk. She resided in Delair for over 25 years and was the founder and president of the Delair Seniors. Kay was employed by Curtis Publishing and American Bank Stationary before retiring. She had a smile that could light up the room and a contagious laugh. In her free time she enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Predeceased by her husband, George Bryson and her siblings, Sue (Albert), Johnny (Lucille), Mary (Charlie) and Anne (Tony); Kay is survived by her sons, Steven (Linda), Mark (Christina), James (Elaine Killroy) and Paul (Renee); grandchildren, Leslie, Daniel, Dana, Nicole, Shane, Heather, T.J., Megan, Beau, Cody, Paige and Cole; great-grandchildren, Annebelle, Eleanor, Evelyn, Blayke, Maddyn, Falynn, Mason, Bryson, Autumn and Charli. Kay leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 9AM-10:30AM at Saint John Neumann Church, 560 Walton Ave, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00AM. Interment of cremated remains at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
