Obituary for Kathleen Mary Fox
Kathleen Mary Fox (nee Prickitt), age 70, passed away on June 2, 2022 in Mount Holly, NJ.
She was born in Camden, NJ to the late Charles and Helen Prickitt, raised in Stratford, NJ, and resided in Mount Laurel, NJ for 40 years. She graduated from Cooper Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, using her nursing skills both in the hospital and as a mom of 3 active boys. Kathleen was very active in her parish, Our Lady of Good Counsel, holding many positions including PTA president of the OLGC School. In her free time, she enjoyed arts and crafts, especially wreath making and spending time in Ocean City, NJ. She cherished time with her family and friends. She loved hosting get-togethers – always seasonally decorated and featuring some of her famous dishes, including pasta salad and buffalo chicken dip.
Kathleen is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lawrence J. Fox; her children, Lawrence J. Fox (Apryle), Michael D. Fox (Colleen) and Stephen C. Fox (Christy); her grandchildren Evan, Andrew, Ryan, Emma, Abigail, Ava, Jonathan, Connor, Lindsey, and Tyler; her siblings, Barbara Funkhouser, Michael Meidt, Deborah Kirvan and Laura Herens.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 6-8 pm and again on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 9-10 am both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday June 7, 2022 at 10:30 am from Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 42 West Main Street Moorestown, NJ 08057. Interment will follow at Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery, Mount Laurel, NJ.
