Klaus Aschim of Medford, New Jersey passed away on Sunday November 22, 2020. He was 72 years old. He was born in Steinhoering, Germany and raised in Paterson, NJ. He has resided in Medford, NJ with his wife Ann (née Heck) for the last 31 years. Klaus was a retired regional administrator for the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission. He devoted his career to seeking alternatives for troubled youth who were facing incarceration.

Klaus is survived by his wife Ann, his daughter Sultana of Medford, NJ and his daughter Sasha Reina (husband Chris) of Tabernacle, NJ. He was a devoted pop pop to Tyler (age 14) and Sophia (age 4). He is also survived by his eldest brother John of Hamburg, NJ. He loved his nieces and nephews and will be missed by all.

Plans to celebrate Klaus’ life are being delayed until 2021 due to the utmost concern for the health and safety of family and friends
