Laurie E. Hoge

Laurie E. Hoge, of Edgewater Park, age 66, passed away, surrounded by her family on December 16, 2021.

Laurie was born on January 20th, 1955, to the late Albin J. and Helen Kurlecki. She was strong in her Catholic faith, listening to the mass daily. She was very proud of her Irish heritage. Laurie treasured time spent with family and truly adored the people in her life. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she insisted on giving gifts to family, friends and neighbors. Laurie loved all animals, Lucille Ball and Betty Boop. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones.

Laurie is survived by her beloved husband Jesse Hoge; her siblings, Denise Timken (Michael) and Albin E. Kurlecki (Joanne); her in-laws, Lorraine Friend (Patrick), Robert Hoge (Sue) and Gregory Hoge; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Tyler and Collin Timken, Crystal and Jackie Thompson, Donald and Sean O’Dea, Amy Fazio, Kelly Rasmussen, Raelyn Friend, Jessica Massari and Robert Hoge; dearest friend Alice Stewart. In addition to her parents, Laurie is predeceased by her Labradors, Sam and Bennie.

Family and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 9:00am-11:00am at St. Casimir’s Church at Resurrection Parish, 502 New Jersey Avenue, Riverside, NJ, 08075. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00am. Interment will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Riverside, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Laurie’s memory be made to the Burlington County Animal Shelter at 35 Academy Dr, Westampton, NJ 08060 or Samaritan Palliative Care, 3906 Church Rd, Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054.
