Marcia Joy Gable (nee Auerbach), 87, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 1, 2023 with her loving family at her side.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Marcia was a resident of Mount Laurel, New Jersey since 1969.  After raising her children, Marcia was a longtime employee of Haddonfield Pediatrics as an insurance referral coordinator.  

A true lady, Marcia always looked her best and "dressed to the nines";  she even earned the nickname Fancy.  Marcia was affectionatley described by dear friends as beautiful, complicated and quirky.  In her spare time, Marcia loved to play mahjong, was creative with such activities as knitting and needlework and was a wonderful hostess and avid cook.

Beloved wife of the late Alvin Neuman Gable; devoted mother of Keith (Suzanne M.) and Benjamin (Michael Gray); cherished grandmother of Samantha (Daniel) Crown and Blake Gable.  Marcia is also survived by her niece, Tracy Gable and Sabrina, her nephews, Howard and Louis, cousins, Jimmy and Frances "Frankie" Marino, brother in law, Harvey Small and many other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime friends.  She is predeceased by her parents, Herman and Ruth (Keyser) Auerbach and sister, Jeannie Small.
