Obituary for Margaret A Fitzgerald
Margaret A. Fitzgerald (nee Anderson), age 92, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2020.
Mrs. Fitzgerald was born in Camden, NJ and raised in Collingswood, NJ before becoming a longtime resident of Mount Laurel. Margaret worked for decades in the retail fashion industry, and was always seen as being extremely fashionable herself. Margaret passionately volunteered at Virtua Hospital in Mount Holly and enjoyed reading and listening to music in her leisure. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Margaret was predeceased by her spouse, William Fitzgerald. She is survived by 5 nieces & nephews and 8 great-nieces & great-nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM immediately followed by the funeral service, both at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Interment will follow at Mount Laurel Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Margaret’s name may be made to American Parkinson Disease Association at https://www.apdaparkinson.org/
