Obituary for Martha Marie Derois
Martha M. Derois, “Marty” age 83, of Willingboro, passed away on March 7, 2024.
Marty was born on July 29, 1940 to the late Martha and Michael Carvale in Trenton, NJ. She was strong in her Catholic faith and long-time member of Corpus Christi Church in Willingboro. Marty was involved in the Body of Christ Prayer Community, Legion of Mary,Intercessory Prayer Line and helped with the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
Marty is survived by her husband, J. David McGuinnes; her children, Deacon Michael R. Derois(Lisa) and Donna M. Kosenko (Dave); siblings, Robert Carvale (Carol) and Margaret Ritchie; grandchildren, Emily, Megan, Ryan and Mary; great-grandchildren, Mia, Lily, Theodore and 2 on the way; many nieces, nephews and friends. Marty is predeceased by siblings, Michael, Evelyn, Joey, Theresa, Sonny (Gina) and Hilda.
Relatives and friends are invited to Marty’s viewing on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 9AM to 10:30AM at Corpus Christi Church, 11 S. Sunset Road, Willingboro, NJ 08046. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30AM. Interment Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
Due to the cemetery limitations on flowers, the family requests donations be made in Marty’s name to the St. Vincent De Paul Society, 63 Sylvan Lane, Willingboro, NJ 08046.
