Mary Ann Varhula, of Lumberton, NJ passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021. She was 75.
Mary Ann was born in Mayfield, PA to the late Peter and Julia Pawlack. She resided in Lawrenceville, NJ before moving to Lumberton in 2001. Mary Ann earned her Masters of Arts Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. She was employed by the Trenton School District as a beloved High School Science Teacher for over thirty years. Mary Ann loved teaching and would continue her love of teaching online after retirement. She was a wonderful Mother and spent a lot of her free time sewing, crocheting and baking. She enjoyed trips to the Jersey Shore and spending time with her Family.
Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard W. Varhula; Children John Varhula (Stephanie) and Julie Ann Varhula; Grandchildren, Joseph O. Varhula and Rebecca A. Varhula; and brother, the Reverend Peter Pawlack (Barbara).
Out of concern for public safety, the Family has requested for services and interment to be private.
