Mary C. Morrone of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Mary was born on January 9, 1929 to the late Rose and Carmine Caporella in South Philadelphia, PA. She resided in South Philadelphia and then Springfield, PA before settling in Mount Laurel. Mary was a wonderful wife and mother and devoted her life to her family. She was an avid reader and loved watching movies. Mary was a die-hard Phillies, Flyers and Eagles fan. She enjoyed going to the casino and was known to be a great cook. Mary will be missed deeply by her loved ones.
Mary is predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony and her sister Mena and brother Frank. She is survived by her children, Michele Morrone and Mark Morrone (Joanne); her sisters, Jean and Rosalie; step-granddaughter, Katrina (Josh); nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are welcome to her visitation on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 1:00-3:00PM, and to her funeral service immediately following at 3:00PM. Both will be held at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
