Obituary for Philip Alexander "Alex" Donahue

Philip “Alex” Donahue, age 39, passed away suddenly on July 8, 2021.

Alex was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a former resident of Pennsauken, NJ before moving to Lumberton, NJ. He was a coach for RV Little League, a loyal fan to all Philadelphia sports teams, he was a member of the Green Legion and was a Marvel superhero to his family, especially his son. In his free time, he loved being with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 10 years, Marybeth Donahue (nee Lawley); his son, Blake Alexander Donahue; his parents, Robert and Maureen Donahue, his brothers, Sean Donahue (Brenda) and Keith Donahue (Alicia); his parents-in-law, Neil and Karen Lawley; his sisters-in- law, Laurie Lawley and Denise Lawley-Bacher and his brother-in-law, Neil Lawley, Jr. (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 12-2pm followed by his memorial service at 2:00pm both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
