I am very sad to hear this. Phil and Barbara lived next door to my parents , Maureen and Tom in Port St. Lucie, Florida. They were such nice neighbors, who became friends. He visited with me and my family in NJ when he came back to live here. He sent Christmas cards and text to us.
He is at at peace now with his lovely wife. I’m glad to have known you Phil. Rest well.

We are very saddened by the death of our brother Philip and especially in lieu of the situation with the
Corona Virus, not being able to have a fitting service for family and friends. He is in our thoughts and prayers.
