Obituary for Rafael C. Angulo
Rafael C. Angulo, age 83, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2020.
He was born in the Philippines where he was an accomplished architect, interior designer, and business owner. After immigrating to the United States with his family, he made his home in Mount Laurel NJ. “Raffy” was a Parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Moorestown for the past 45 years and was also a Knight of Columbus. He was kind and selfless, always volunteering to help others. He made the world a better place. Raffy was an avid gardener, gourmet, and a passionate fan of Philadelphia sports. Above all else, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends. Those moments brought him tremendous pride and joy.
Rafael is survived by his wife, Cecilia Angulo (Nee Ouano); his children, Rachel Jabara (Richard) and Michael Angulo (Susan); his grandchildren, Mia and Isabel Jabara, and Sophie and Chloe Angulo; his siblings, Perla Morilla and Joaquin Angulo.
For the concern of public safety, the family has chosen to have private funeral. A memorial mass will be scheduled on a later date to celebrate Raffy’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Tender, Inc. Alzheimer’s Respite Program 4501 Church Road Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054
