Obituary for Richard Louis Hepp
Richard Louis (Dick) Hepp, Sr., age 81, of Mount Laurel NJ, passed away on March 27, 2021.
Originally from Philadelphia, Dick was a proud graduate of both LaSalle High School and LaSalle University. He spent his career as a Distribution Representative for Construction Materials and Supplies and continued to actively represent Caterina Supply Company until he passed. He was a volunteer for over 20 years in equine therapy for the disabled at both Unicorn and Majoda Stables. Dick was an avid follower of thoroughbred horse racing and enjoyed watching racing in person at tracks around the country. He had a fun loving sense of humor, was always the life of the party and enjoyed dancing to his theme song “ I can’t get no satisfaction” at every occasion.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Catherine A. Hepp, nee Channell; his children, Kathleen Ryan (Denise Pecora), Deborah Roy, Richard Hepp, Jr. and Theresa Johnson (Stephen); his grandchildren, Nicolle Hepp, Rachel Hepp, Natalie Roy and Matthew Johnson.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Monday April 12, 2021 from 9-10 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 12th, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Our lady of Good Counsel Church 42 West Main Street Moorestown, NJ 08057. Interment will be private.
