Richard Ellis Simpson, “Rick”, age 77, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away peacefully on April 19, 2023.

Rick was born on June 10, 1945 to the late Ellen and Charles Simpson in Atlantic City, NJ. He was a caring man that loved spending time with his family. Rick enjoyed watching politics, football and soccer. He was known as a free spirit, was a morning person and wrote poetry. Rick will be missed deeply by his loved ones.

Rick is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Ana (nee Godoy); his children, Angela Roberts, Stacey Simpson, Megan Mele (Nick), Alison Simpson, Randall Chance Simpson, and Mandy Simpson; grandchildren, Cara, Skyler, Cam, Quinn and Riley.

Relatives and friends are invited to Rick’s visitation on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 1PM-2PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
