Obituary for Richard Charles Tremper

Richard Charles Tremper, age 59, passed away suddenly on June 15, 2022 in Mount Laurel, NJ.

He was born in Mount Holly, NJ to the late Richard B. and Helen (nee Ferguson) Tremper and has been a lifelong resident of Mount Laurel, NJ. He was an EMT with Camden City and Mount Laurel Twp., he taught and trained EMT’s, he was a Police dispatcher and a volunteer fireman who worked his way up to Fire Chief. He also worked as a dialysis Technician for DiVita. He also was training to work at the animal shelter. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He enjoyed fishing, but most of all he cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.

Richard was predeceased by his daughter, Alyssamarie Tremper and his step father, Gary Ferguson. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Annettte M. Tremper (Grabowski); his daughters, Mariabeth Varnum (Josh) and Kathleen Rossi (Giovanni); his grandchildren, Evelyn and Connor Varnum and Ella Rossi; his sister, Elaine Espinosa; his brother-in-law, Chris Espinosa and his niece and nephew, Paige Espinosa and Cory Espinosa (Kayla).

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 9-11am immediately followed by his funeral service, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment Private.
