Obituary

Roberta “Bobbi” Lee Olliver, 66, passed on after a long courageous battle against cancer.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband and best friend, Michael Olliver of Mt Laurel, NJ, her two daughters Jessica Zoll (Tony) of Delran, NJ and Emily Marder (Jesse) of Harleysville, PA and granddaughter, Lily Elizabeth Marder who she often referred to as “my happy”

Bobbi grew up in Verona, PA a suburb of Pittsburgh where she enjoyed time with her loving and carefree mom, Bette Sistek and her older brother Lenny Sistek. She moved to Levittown, PA with her brother in her early adulthood where she met her husband Mike, after responding to a newspaper ad requesting a singer for a band. Bobbi and Mike raised their two daughters in Levittown, PA until moving to Mount Laurel, NJ in 2016.

Bobbi enjoyed music, alpacas, crafting, knitting, shopping and being with her family and friends. Her sense of humor and wit were one of a kind and something she was known for, along with her huge heart and desire to help others.

Bobbi dedicated her life to helping others from her passion and career as a domestic violence counselor to working with children with autism. She always put her heart and soul into making a difference in peoples’ lives.

Friends are encouraged to join us on Saturday, June 1, 2019 to celebrate Bobbi’s life at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. A visitation will be held from 2-3:30pm followed immediately by her life celebration service.

Her passing has placed a huge hole within our family that will never be filled, although her spirit will continue within all of us. Donations to Graceful Glen alpaca farm in Harleysville, PA can be made in honor of Bobbi as this was a farm she had visited and which brought her great joy. Donations can be made via Paypal to coppergrl82@msn.com or via Venmo to Emily Marder 1 and will be compiled and presented, via check, to the farm owners.

About a week after we moved in across the street, there was a knock at the door and there was Bobbi with a box of Whitman's chocolates to welcome us to the neighborhood. She was so kind and thoughtful. We were so sad when she moved. She will be missed.
