Obituary for Rodney Vetro Sr.
Rodney Vetro Sr., of Southampton, NJ, age 59, passed away on September 18, 2020.
Rodney was born in Newark, NJ, to parents Joan and Nicholas Vetro, and resided in Hainesport, NJ, and Mount Laurel, NJ, before his current residence of 24 years, Southampton. In his free time, Rodney enjoyed fishing, and showing off his 1969 Camaro. But above all else, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Rodney is survived by his wife, Kathy Vetro (nee Kerr); children, Rodney Vetro Jr. (Megan), and Anthony Vetro; mother, Joan Vetro; siblings, Joann Vetro (Alex), and Lisa Scamardella (Giovanni); and nieces, Cara Vetro, Nicki Scamardella, and Gigi Scamardella. He is predeceased by his father, Nicholas Vetro; and his brother, Nicholas Vetro.
Friends and family are welcome to his visitation on Friday, September 25, 2020, from 9:00-11:00 AM, followed immediately by a memorial service. Both will be held at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
