Obituary for Rosalinda Ignacio "Rose" Canlas (Ignacio)
Rosalinda Canlas, 78, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, passed away on July 25, 2020.
Rosalinda was born to the late Proceso and Alberta Ignacio, December 9, 1941, in Manila, Philippines. She spent the first fifty years of her life in Manila before migrating to the United States.
Rose is survived by her loving husband of sixty years, Angel Sr., and their six children: Angelita, Angel Jr., Pedro, Arnel, Proceso and Alexander. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
"Nanay", as she was called by her family, was a loving wife and mother. She spent most of her life being a homemaker and taking care of her children. She was a hard-working person and a passionate figure of strength who never waned in her support and love of her family, and always persevered even when times were tough.
At her family’s request, Rosalinda’s viewing and interment will be private due to concern for the health and safety of her relatives and friends.
