Obituary for Rose Lina Stouffer (Gentile)
Rose Lina Stouffer (nee Gentile), age 96, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away while surrounded by loving family on Friday, February 28, 2020.
Mrs. Stouffer was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA before moving to Mount Laurel 20 years ago. Rose loved babies and small children, and was always eager to babysit her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a devoted parishioner of Saint John Neumann RC Church and enjoyed going to the Jersey Shore. But above all else, she cherished the time spent with family and will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Rose was predeceased by her beloved spouse, Guy “Gibby” Owens Stouffer, Jr. She is survived by her son, Guy Owens Stouffer, III (Carla); grandchildren, Nicole Stouffer (Stephen Smolinski), Ryan Stouffer (Tammy), Chad Stouffer; great-grandchildren, Lexi Smolinski, Nicolas Smolinski, Ryan Stouffer II, Nathan Stouffer; sister, Theresa Gentile Coyne.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 5th from 9:00 to 10:30 AM immediately followed by the funeral service, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ.
