Obituary for Ruth G O'Donnell
Ruth G. O’Donnell, age 99, of Medford, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 31, 2022.
Ruth was born in Madison, WI to the late Alfonse and Eva Griesser, and had resided in multiple states but she has resided for most of her life in Medford NJ. Before her retirement, Ruth worked as a bookkeeper; she loved her job and making spreadsheets. In her free time, Ruth enjoyed cooking, cross-stitching, playing bridge, dancing for the USO and traveling. But above all else, Ruth enjoyed spending time with her family.
Ruth is predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, J. Robert O’Donnell; and her son, David O’Donnell. She is survived by her children Michael R. O’Donnell, Lynne McCLaugherty (Glenn), Robert D. O’Donnell, Karen M. O’Donnell and Kevin M. O’Donnell (Elizabete); grandchildren, Courtney, Michael, Lauren, James, and Eva; and great-grandchildren, Rhyan, Emily, and Jennifer.
Relatives and friends are welcome to join her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 11:00AM at St. Mary of the Lakes Church, 40 Jackson Rd, Medford, NJ 08055. Interment will be on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 10:00AM at Calvary Cemetery of West Conshohocken, 235 Matsonford Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
