Obituary for Sheila A. Williams (Wills)

Mrs. Sheila Ann Williams (nee Wills), passed away peacefully, at the age of 70, after a brief illness in Willingboro, New Jersey.  She was surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Newsport News, Virginia, Sheila attended BOK Technical High School and was a resident of Willingboro, New Jersey since 1988.  Prior to retiring, Sheila was employed by Burlington Coat Factory, University of Pennsylvania and Virtua Healthcare.  Sheila was a loving, yet feisty woman.  One would often say Sheila was direct...don't ask Shelia a question if you really didn't want to know the answer. Sheila was also a very creative woman of many gifts and talents.  Sheila enjoyed cooking, painting, sewing, crochet, gardening and interior decorating. She loved crystal, having a true eye for unique and beautiful pieces. Sheila loved to sing and was a sharp cookie who enjoyed reading and keeping up with current events.

Sheila was a beloved mother and leaves the following to celebrate her life: Lavin Williams, Quincy (Regina) Williams and Nicole Williams; cherished grandchildren Ashanti, Vanetta, Jay, Natalia, Quincy, Quanel, Naqirra, Nijah, Kierra, Tsadekyah, Nabiyahu, Elijah, Nathan and great grandchildren Amire, Taliah, DeShawn, Kahlae, Khari and Aniyah; sisters, Marilyn Faye (Jackie) Savage, Rosa Marie ( Kenneth Darnell Covil) Edmonds and Alice Mae Wills-Taylor; treasured in laws, Albert Williams and the late Dorothy Chambers; dear sister in laws, Peggy Gilbert, Caroline Williams and Nordean Henderson.  Sheila is also survived by her ex husband, Alvin Williams, her nephew, Wade Johnson and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She is predeceased by her parents, Nathaniel Wills and Della May Cofield; her siblings, Vivian Elaine Cofield, Nathaniel Wills, Jr., and Robert Edmonds, Jr. and nephew, Malik Williams.
