Obituary for Sonya Mullings
Mrs. Sonya Mullings, age 54, of Willingboro, NJ passed away while surrounded by loving family on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
Sonya was born in Elizabeth, NJ on December 19th, 1966 to Charles and Mary Brodie and had resided in Bronx, NY before purchasing her dream home in Willingboro, NJ 1992. Sonya loved to sing, was an exceptional cook, and was especially fond of family gatherings. She was a great friend to many and an exceptional Mom, Wife, Daughter, Sister, and Aunt. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Sonya is survived by her beloved spouse of 35 years, Ronald Mullings. They raised four children with love, and devotion; Latishia Brodie, Luis Brodie, Nicole Mullings, Danielle Mullings. She also leaves behind, sister, Charlene Jones; grandchildren, Diante, Darius, Demiras, Elissia, Julian, Jamir, Dylan, Isabella, Leilani, Josias, Selena, Camilla, Rico; along with many nieces and nephews she treated as her own.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 20th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM immediately followed by the memorial service, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Final disposition will be private.
