Obituary for William Cameron Anderson
William C. Anderson, age 85, passed away from a COVID infection on Wednesday June 8, 2022 in Moorestown, NJ.
William was born on October 22, 1936 in Paisley, Scotland to the late Catherine and Daniel Bell Anderson, and had resided in Sun City, SC and Bluffton, SC before his current residence for the past 4 years in Moorestown, NJ. While in Bluffton, SC he was a member of the Low Country Presbyterian Church for many years. He was also a member of the 32nd Degree Freemasons. Before his retirement in 2007, he worked as a Master Dyer in the textile industry. In his free time, William enjoyed golfing, table tennis, and swimming. But above all else, William enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an extremely wonderful man who was very loved. He will be missed.
William is predeceased by his beloved wife, Alberta D. Anderson. He is survived by his children, Gwendolyn Burchill, and James Henry Burchill; and his siblings, Morag, and Margaret.
