Obituary for William Joseph Jesunas
William J. Jesunas, age 76, of Delran, NJ passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
William or Bill as his loved ones knew him, was raised in Bellmawr Park, NJ by the late Leola and William Jesunas, Sr. and has resided in Delran for the past 50 years.
Bill was an IT professional serving as Chief Information Officer with Silo and Harbor Linen as well as a consultant with Palarco System Consultants providing consulting services to clients such as Campbell’s Soup, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Cardone Industries and Benetton Sports Systems.
Bill loved baseball, especially the Phillies. He also coached his kids’ local teams and served as Commissioner of the Delran Baseball Association.
While retired, Bill enjoyed crossword puzzles and cryptograms. He loved all types of music, the Philadelphia Eagles, cooking, pop culture trivia, movies and television. But above all else, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Linda Jesunas, their children, William H. Jesunas (Dr. Cecylia Kelley) and Karen Horneff (Gregory); and grandchildren Josephine Horneff, Liam Jesunas, Harper Horneff and Stefania Jesunas. Bill is predeceased by his sister, Nancy Malo. Also survived by five nieces, Tamara Ells, Teri Cutler, Kristin Malo, Karen Moran and Rachael Cancellieri.
Relatives and friends are welcome to a visitation on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 pm, and his memorial service immediately following at 2 pm. Both will be held at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Rd. Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment will be private.
