Billy will be greatly missed by his family at Devereux. We will miss his smile, his chuckles, and most of all his never-ending sweet nature. Billy’s memory acts as a reminder that everyone deserves respect and care. Billy’s favorite pastime was to watch television. He loved ‘Law and Order’ and would increase the volume during the theme song at the beginning of the show. It was his reminder to us that his favorite show was on, and that we needed to keep noise to a minimum! After the show ended, he would come downstairs and say “Snack Please” (he loved Oatmeal Cookies and ANY flavor Ice Cream). He would enjoy his snack and make small talk with his peers before starting his nighttime routine. That was Billy, he was a structured young man, easy going, and most important, happy in his surroundings. Thank you Billy, for allowing us to be in your life, your presence will be missed.

To the entire Schmidt family, we send our deepest condolences and our sincerest gratitude for giving us the opportunity to share time with Billy. He will always be remembered. –Ebony Poe, Devereux New Jersey.
